VinFast reduces price of VF MPV 7 electric vehicle in India

VinFast has implemented a significant price reduction for its VF MPV 7 electric seven-seater MPV in India. The ex-showroom price has been cut by Rs 4.1 lakh, bringing the starting cost down from Rs 24.49 lakh to Rs 20.39 lakh as of November 2026.

In addition to the base price cut, the company is offering a separate festive discount of Rs 40,780, subject to specific terms and conditions. This move follows modest sales performance for the model, which accounted for 3.91% of VinFast’s total Indian sales of 13,307 units during the first half of fiscal year 2027.

The VF MPV 7 features a 60.13 kWh battery pack, producing 201 bhp and 280 Nm of torque. It offers an ARAI-certified range of 517 km and can charge from 10% to 70% in approximately 30 minutes using an 80 kW DC fast charger. The vehicle utilizes a 2+3+2 seating layout and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in under 10 seconds.
