VinFast reports strong EV sales and announces new electric motorcycle models

VinFast has reported significant electric vehicle sales in Vietnam, delivering over 154,000 electric cars within the first eight months of the year. In August alone, the company recorded sales of more than 20,000 vehicles, with the VF 3 model emerging as the top seller.

Expanding its product lineup, VinFast has announced plans to launch two new electric motorcycle models this September. One of these models, named Grand Premia, is expected to be a premium upgrade to the existing Evo series, featuring LED headlight technology, a more sophisticated design with chrome accents, and improved battery and connectivity features.

Additionally, the VinFast VF 7 continues to be a key offering in the electric SUV segment. The vehicle features a minimalist interior centered around a 12.9-inch infotainment screen and is available in various configurations, including the Eco version which delivers 174 horsepower and a range of up to 375 km per charge.
