Vingroup leadership change as Le Thi Thu Thuy exits senior management

Le Thi Thu Thuy has stepped down from the senior management list of Vingroup, according to corporate disclosure documents from August 2026. Her departure follows her recent announcement regarding the conclusion of a nine-year journey with the group.

Thuy, who joined Vingroup in 2008, held several high-level positions, including CEO of the group and Chairwoman of VinFast. She was notably recognized by Fortune as one of the 'Most Powerful Women Asia' in 2025 and played a key role in VinFast’s global expansion and its listing on the Nasdaq.

Following her departure from the VinFast Board of Directors, Pham Nhat Quan Anh was appointed as the new Chairwoman of VinFast in May 2026. Thuy previously served as a Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup.
