Overview

Vingroup has undergone significant leadership changes in late 2026. In August, Le Thi Thu Thuy stepped down from senior management after a nine-year tenure. Thuy, who had previously served as Vingroup CEO and Chairwoman of VinFast, was instrumental in VinFast’s global expansion and Nasdaq listing.
