Vinhomes develops Green Paradise mega-city in Can Gio

Vinhomes is developing Vinhomes Green Paradise in Can Gio as an integrated mega-city model focused on tourism, resort, and entertainment. The project aims to transform the region into a global destination by combining natural advantages, such as the Can Gio biosphere reserve and coastal location, with advanced infrastructure and an experiential ecosystem.

Nguyen Thanh Tam, Regional Sales Director at Vinhomes, noted that while Can Gio possesses unique natural assets, it has historically struggled to attract tourists due to limited transport connectivity and entertainment services. The development is intended to serve as a nucleus for the maritime, finance, and logistics economies, while providing long-term real estate value.

The project emphasizes a “front-row” living experience, particularly for its seaside villas. These residences are designed to offer direct access to water and views of an 800-hectare Lagoon, aiming to provide a high-end lifestyle that integrates natural elements like sea breezes and clean air into daily living.
