Vinhomes Green Paradise to launch major tourism ecosystem in Can Gio by 2027
Vinpearl has announced that key components of the Vinhomes Green Paradise super-urban area in Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City, are scheduled to open simultaneously on July 1, 2027. This massive $10 billion project aims to establish the region as a leading international destination for entertainment, sports, and luxury tourism.
Central to the development is VinWonders Can Gio, a 122-hectare festival and entertainment complex featuring nearly 300 games and 30 daily shows. The site will include three major parks: Global Festival, Safari, and Water Festival. The project also features two 18-hole golf courses totaling 155 hectares, designed by world-renowned figures Robert Trent Jones II and Tiger Woods.
Additional infrastructure includes the Vinpearl Dream Palace Hotel, a themed international-standard hotel, and a collection of boutique hotels featuring brands such as Best Western and ibis. The development also incorporates 137 high-end sea villas and the Landmark Harbour, a 5-star international destination port designed to serve large cruise ships and private superyachts. The project is supported by high-speed connectivity, including a proposed 350 km/h high-speed rail line and the Can Gio bridge, which will significantly reduce travel time from central Ho Chi Minh City.
