Italy reports multiple incidents of violence and armed robbery

Several violent incidents have been reported across various Italian regions, involving weapons and physical assaults.

In Vittuone, a 19-year-old man was arrested by Carabinieri for aggravated robbery after threatening a bar owner with a knife. The suspect was apprehended at a nearby railway station while still in possession of the weapon.

In Rubiera, a 38-year-old man was reported to local police for the illegal possession of a knife. During the intervention, the individual became agitated, breaking a bottle and threatening self-harm before being secured by local police and Carabinieri.

In Lucera, a 37-year-old man was hospitalized with serious chest injuries following a shooting. Authorities have detained a suspect, identified as the victim's uncle, and are investigating the incident as a potential attempted murder stemming from a family dispute.

Other reported violence includes a 40-year-old man in Modica who was hospitalized after being beaten while attempting to defend a neighbor, and a 19-year-old in Turin who remains in critical condition following a shooting during a brawl in a nightlife district.
