VitalTacc expands gluten-free product line in Argentina
VitalTacc, a food company based in Posadas, Argentina, has grown from a small experimental kitchen into a specialized factory with a catalog of over 100 products. Founded nearly a decade ago by food engineers Daiana Karaben and Ana Laura Villalba, the business began by developing gluten-free hamburger buns to meet local demand.
The company has transitioned from a small conditioned department to an industrial facility and retail location. Its current operations include a team of nine members and a distribution network that serves supermarkets, restaurants, and digital channels. As the company approaches its tenth anniversary in 2027, it is adapting to evolving consumer demands for lactose-free, sugar-free, and convenient food alternatives.
