VITURE launches Pro 2 XR video display glasses

VITURE has launched the Pro 2, a new generation of XR video display glasses designed to mirror content from USB-C devices onto massive virtual screens. Weighing 63 grams, the device is 20 percent lighter and 16 percent thinner than the original VITURE Pro.

The glasses feature Sony Micro-OLED displays capable of reaching 1,600 nits of brightness, which aims to improve visibility in natural light environments. The manufacturer reports improvements in field curvature, sharpness, geometric distortion, and image stability. For users with myopia, the frame includes two separate adjustment dials to correct up to -5.0 diopters without additional lenses.

Retailing at $299, the Pro 2 is positioned as a more affordable option compared to previous high-end models. Accompanying the glasses is the Mobile Dock Mini, a $99 modular accessory featuring a 10,000 mAh battery that allows for connecting up to two pairs of glasses via a single USB port.
