VIVANT side story featuring Miki Fujimoto to stream on U-NEXT

TBS has announced the release of ‘Chingis—VIVANT THE ORIGIN STORY—’, a side story to the popular drama series ‘VIVANT’. The special will be available exclusively for streaming on U-NEXT starting September 20.

The production explores the backstory of the character Chingis, a police officer from the Republic of Balka. The narrative focuses on his origins, including his encounter with Nogon Beki, the leader of the ‘Tent’ organization, and the circumstances that led him to pursue a career in law enforcement.

New original cast members include Miki Fujimoto, who portrays a nurse at a clinic visited by Chingis and his sister, and Eishin, who plays Bordeaux, a teacher at an orphanage established by the Tent organization. The series will consist of four episodes released throughout late September.
