Vivian Wilson stars in Desigual campaign opposing artificial intelligence

Model and internet personality Vivian Wilson is featuring in a new autumn campaign for the Spanish fashion brand Desigual, where she expresses opposition to artificial intelligence.

In the advertisement, Wilson portrays robots as useless and clumsy, depicting them in scenarios such as gardening, playing golf, and attempting to speak, only to fail or act erratically. Wilson, who has previously distanced herself from her father, Elon Musk, stated to People magazine that she believes AI negatively impacts the fashion industry by displacing talented creators and harming the environment. She further argued that AI cannot express genuine human emotions, instead replacing art with “plagiaristic colors and shapes.”
