Vivo introduces new X300 FE variant in India amid rising component costs

Vivo has introduced a new 8GB/256GB variant of the Vivo X300 FE in India, priced at INR 84,999. This new model aims to provide a more affordable entry point into the lineup following recent price adjustments for existing models.

Existing variants, including the 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB models, have seen price increases of INR 10,000 compared to their original launch prices. These hikes are attributed to the rising costs of DRAM and NAND chips, as much of the supply for these components is being allocated to AI firms.

The Vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, and a 6500mAh battery. The device is available in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black colors through various online and offline retail channels in India.
