Vivo launches X300 E smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and ZEISS triple camera

Vivo announced its new X300 E model in China. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor built on a 3 nm process, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256 GB or 512 GB UFS 4.1. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The X300 E sports a 6.59‑inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution (2750×1260) and a 144 Hz refresh rate, protected by IP68/IP69 water‑dust resistance. Its camera system, co‑developed with ZEISS, combines a 50 MP wide‑angle sensor, an 8 MP ultra‑wide lens, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto unit with up to 100× digital zoom, plus a 50 MP front‑facing sensor. Power comes from a 7200 mAh battery supported by 90 W FlashCharge and a bypass‑charging feature. The phone ships in three colours and is priced from 4799 yuan (about ¥11,300).
