Vivo launches X300E smartphone with 7200 mAh battery and 144 Hz OLED display

Vivo officially introduced the X300E in China, positioning it as a high‑spec mid‑range device. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 3‑nm processor, includes 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and offers 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Its 6.59‑inch OLED panel delivers a 144 Hz refresh rate, HDR support and peak brightness up to 5 000 nits (typical 1 800 nits).

The X300E stands out with a 7 200 mAh silicon‑carbon battery—the largest in the X300 series—and supports 90 W wired fast charging. Camera hardware comprises Zeiss‑tuned lenses: a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with optical zoom, an 8 MP ultra‑wide sensor and a 50 MP front‑facing camera. Additional features include IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, ultrasonic fingerprint authentication, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 (5.4 in some specs), infrared emitter and stereo speakers. The device ships in China starting 31 July with prices from ¥4 799 (≈ 14 900 CZK) for the 12 GB/256 GB variant, while the 512 GB version costs ¥5 299. Vivo has not announced availability outside China.
