Vivo to launch S2 FE smartphone in India on October 6

Vivo is preparing to launch the S2 FE smartphone in India on October 6, 2026. A microsite for the device has appeared on Amazon India, following earlier appearances on Flipkart and Vivo’s own platforms.

The S2 FE is expected to feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution. Technical specifications suggest the device will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor, accompanied by LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The camera system is anticipated to include a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary sensor, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 32MP front-facing camera.

Battery capacity is a notable highlight, with reports indicating a massive battery ranging from 7050mAh to 10,000mAh, supporting 44W fast charging. The device is expected to offer IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, with an estimated price in India below INR 40,000.
