Vivo to launch T5 5G smartphone in India on September 2

Vivo has officially confirmed the launch of the Vivo T5 5G in India, scheduled for September 2 at 12:00 PM. The device will be available exclusively through the e-commerce platform Flipkart.

Key technical specifications include a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset and a high-capacity battery, with reports suggesting a capacity between 7000mAh and 7050mAh.

The design features a horizontal dual rear camera module and will be offered in two color variants: Silver Green and Royal Bronze. The device is expected to launch in the price segment of approximately 34,999 to 50,000 Indian Rupees. The phone is also anticipated to include GenAI-ready NPU capabilities.
