Vivo X300 E launches in China with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 7,200 mAh battery and Zeiss camera

Vivo has officially launched its X300 E flagship in China. Pre‑orders began on 27 July 2026, with retail sales slated for 31 July. The device starts at CNY 4,799 for the 12 GB + 256 GB model and CNY 5,299 for the 12 GB + 512 GB variant.

Key specifications include a 6.59‑inch flat AMOLED display offering 1.5K resolution, a 144 Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. Under the hood sits Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset built on a 3 nm process, paired with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, running Android 16 with OriginOS 6.

The phone’s imaging system is co‑engineered with Zeiss, featuring a triple rear camera array—50 MP primary sensor, 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3× optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultra‑wide lens—plus a 50 MP front‑facing sensor. Power is supplied by a 7,200 mAh battery supporting 90 W wired fast charging, while durability is reinforced by IP68/69 ratings and an under‑display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The X300 E is offered in Midnight Black, Moonlight White and Sunlight Orange.
