Official communications regarding these changes are expected to appear on invoices starting October 9, 2026, with the actual price increases potentially taking effect between November and December 2026. The adjustments are reportedly intended to ensure network quality and service standards. In some instances, affected customers might receive added benefits, such as unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles.

Customers who do not accept the new contractual terms have the right to withdraw from their contracts or switch operators without penalties or deactivation costs. To exercise this right, users must act within the timeframe specified in the official invoice notification.
