Fastweb and Vodafone Italy price restructuring

Following the integration of Vodafone Italy into the Swisscom-owned Fastweb brand, customers are facing price restructuring for fixed network services.

Fastweb announced that its 12th price restructuring for 2026 will involve monthly subscription increases ranging from €0.98 to €3.52, effective November 1, 2026. This may result in an annual cost increase exceeding €42 for some users. Additionally, the company extended its FastwebUP 4.0 and Vodafone Happy 4.0 loyalty programs until January 2027, though the birthday prize component has been removed.

Reports regarding Vodafone customers with convergent fixed and mobile lines indicate similar potential adjustments, with increases ranging from €0.95 to a maximum of €3.99 per month. These changes, intended to ensure network quality, are expected to appear on invoices starting October 9, 2026, with implementation occurring between November and December 2026. Affected customers may receive benefits such as unlimited national calls. In both cases, customers retain the right to withdraw from contracts or switch operators without penalties.
