Vojin Mijatović banned from ministerial duties by FBiH Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a ban prohibiting Vojin Mijatović from performing his duties as the Federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship, and Trade, as well as any other official functions within the FBiH Government.

The decision follows an indictment from the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor's Office for the Suppression of Corruption, Organized and Inter-cantonal Crime (POSKOK). Mijatović and four others—Nevzet Sefo, Adis Fajić, Bojan Lazić, and Harun Mlivo—are accused of acting as accomplices between January and September 2025 to provide illegal benefits to the Sarajevo-based company 38X Ventures d.o.o. Sarajevo, acting on behalf of the Techstars Sarajevo consortium.

The prosecution alleges that the group facilitated the company's favorable position during a public tender for grant funds totaling 997,363.80 KM from the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship, and Trade. Mijatović stated he learned of the court's decision through the media and announced that his legal team will file an appeal.
