Volksbank Oberberg welcomes 14 new apprentices

Volksbank Oberberg has welcomed 14 new apprentices to begin their vocational training. The trainees participated in an introductory week designed to familiarize them with the bank and their new professional environment.

During the week, the group attended various workshops focusing on organizational topics and mutual acquaintance. CEO Andreas Neumann emphasized the importance of fundamental training, stating, “It opens professional perspectives for young people and simultaneously secures qualified young talent for our bank.”
