Volkswagen de México workers to vote on salary proposal

The Business Coordinating Council (CCE) of Puebla has called on Volkswagen de México workers to vote responsibly regarding a proposed salary and contractual agreement on October 15. Juan Pablo Cisneros Madrid, president of the CCE Puebla, emphasized the need for a dialogue that preserves company operations and job security.

Cisneros Madrid noted that the automotive industry faces global challenges, including technological transformations such as robotics. He stressed the importance of maintaining Volkswagen’s operations in Puebla due to the significant economic impact and employment generation the company provides to the state.
