Volkswagen launches 10‑year warranty program in Greece

Volkswagen has introduced the Volkswagen JOY warranty programme in the Greek market. The scheme provides up to 10 years or 150,000 km of coverage for all new passenger and commercial Volkswagen models, with no model exclusions. It also applies retroactively to vehicles classified from 1 January 2026.

The warranty activates automatically after the factory warranty ends, provided the vehicle is serviced at an authorised Volkswagen network. Coverage includes mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and is renewed at each scheduled service for up to two years or 30,000 km, until the 10‑year/150,000 km limits are reached. Volkswagen says the programme will enhance customer confidence and increase resale values, and it is being offered through the Greek dealer Kosmocar A.E.
