Volkswagen to launch limited Amarok V6 Unlimited in Brazil

Volkswagen is launching the Amarok V6 Unlimited, a limited edition of 200 numbered units, to mark the end of the current Amarok generation in Brazil. The special series is scheduled to arrive in dealerships in October following a public debut at the Jaguariúna Rodeo Festival.

Based on the top-tier Extreme version, the Unlimited edition features Moonstone Grey paint, 20-inch darkened alloy wheels, gloss black wheel arch extensions, and a black front grille. The package includes exclusive elements such as a bed cover, specialized decals, and rubber mats. The interior is equipped with perforated leather seats with heating, dual-zone digital air conditioning, and a nine-inch multimedia center.

Mechanically, the vehicle retains the 3.0 V6 turbodiesel engine producing 258 hp (up to 272 hp with overboost) and 59.1 kgfm of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and 4Motion permanent all-wheel drive, allowing for a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in eight seconds. This release follows a similar 500-unit limited edition in Argentina, marking the conclusion of a 16-year production cycle for the model in the region.
