Jellinek, the CEO of Indotek Group, and Szivek were taken into custody following coordinated investigative actions involving nearly 40 officials. Indotek Group has released a statement asserting Jellinek's innocence and noting his full cooperation with the authorities, describing the detention as disproportionate. The court's decision is not final, and legal counsel for both individuals has filed appeals.
