The court determined that the risk of influencing evidence no longer justified detention for J. D., noting a more isolated role in the alleged corruption chain. The National Asset Recovery and Asset Protection Office had initially requested extended detention for both individuals. As judicial proceedings remain in the early stages, authorities continue to work toward identifying other potential individuals involved in the case.
