Volvo introduces all-electric EX60 SUV with 810 km range
Volvo Cars has unveiled the EX60, an all-electric SUV featuring an all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration. The vehicle offers a driving range of up to 810 km on a single charge, which the company states is the highest in its category and the longest range of any electric vehicle produced by Volvo to date.
Designed to address range anxiety, the EX60 utilizes a new electric vehicle architecture. According to Anders Bell, Chief Technology Officer at Volvo Cars, the model aims to provide industry-leading range and fast-charging capabilities. When using a 400kW charger, the vehicle can regain up to 340 km of range in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the vehicle comes with a 10-year battery warranty.
