VPBank Ho Chi Minh City Music Half Marathon attracts over 10,500 participants

The VPBank Ho Chi Minh City Music Half Marathon 2026 launched on July 31 and runs through August 2, featuring 21‑km, 10‑km and 5‑km races that drew more than 10,500 runners from Vietnam and abroad. The event blends sport, live music and technology, with music stations placed along the course and a flagship VPBank Prime’s Night concert on August 1 headlined by popular Vietnamese artists.

Alongside the races, an Expo zone showcased VPBank’s financial solutions for young professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses, while the organizing committee, Nexus Sport Events, presented a 100 million VND donation to the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Sports Talent Fund. Deputy Director of the Vietnamese Sports Authority, Lê Thị Hoàng Yến, attended the opening, highlighting the race’s role in promoting health and a vibrant city image.
