Wagamama introduces restaurant bookings and new winter menu

Wagamama has announced a major shift in its dining model by introducing same-day and advance bookings for all restaurants. Since its launch in 1992, the pan-Asian restaurant chain has primarily operated on a walk-in basis, with guests typically joining queues for communal seating. This change allows guests to secure tables for any party size, including groups of 20 or more via direct restaurant contact.

Alongside this operational update, the restaurant is launching a new winter menu inspired by Asian flavors. Featured items include Chicken Katsu Ramen, Black Pepper Steak Ramen, Gochujang Pork Belly Ramen, and Red Thai Curry. The seasonal menu also includes plant-based options like Pulled Shiitake Donburi and updated sushi selections, such as the Aburi Salmon Roll.
