Wales adopts new Sudu football kit and unveils Macron rugby jerseys for 2026

The Football Association of Wales has ended its long‑term partnership with Adidas and appointed Sudu as the new kit supplier for the 2026‑28 seasons. The home jersey draws on traditional Welsh double‑weave art, featuring a red base with a white V‑neck and intricate geometric patterns. A yellow goalkeeper kit with green and navy swirls was also revealed, and the new football kits will reach stores on 7 August 2026.

The Welsh Rugby Union, working with Macron, launched new home and alternate kits ahead of the 2026/27 international season. The home kit is all red with a repeated dragon motif across the shoulders and sleeves, while the alternate kit is primarily white with green detailing and a slate‑inspired graphic that references Wales’ historic slate industry. The launch took place at the Welsh Rugby Store on Westgate Street and at the National Eisteddfod.
