Walt Disney World opens reservations for Lakeshore Lodge

Walt Disney World has officially opened reservations to the general public for its upcoming Lakeshore Lodge, scheduled to debut on July 1, 2027. The booking window for the public opened on October 8, 2026, following earlier access granted to Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders.

Located on the shores of Bay Lake between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, the new nature-themed resort will feature 967 rooms. Accommodations include duo studios inspired by ‘Encanto’, resort studios, deluxe studios, and one-, two-, or three-bedroom villas. A standout feature of the property is its waterfront lake houses, which offer views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.

The resort is designed to include various amenities such as a mini water park with a lazy river, multiple restaurants, and lounges. Room pricing and concept art for the various themes—which include aesthetics inspired by ‘Fantasia’, ‘Bambi’, ‘Pocahontas’, ‘Brother Bear’, and ‘Encanto’—have also been released.
