Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 Confrontation Update Patch 14 new PvP maps

Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have launched Patch 14, the free "Confrontation Update" for Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2. The update concludes the game’s second year of post‑launch content and introduces two new PvP maps—Sanctum and Facility—into the Eternal War mode. A new Terminus enemy, the Thousand Sons’ Scarab Occult Terminator Sorcerer, appears in Chaos Operations and Siege waves.

Six heroic weapon variants are added, including a Melta Rifle variant, Chainsword, Bolt Carbine Combi‑Flamer, Power Fist with integrated Meltagun, a Deathwatch‑inspired Stalker Bolt Rifle, and an Executioner’s Axe for the Thunder Hammer. Three heroic armor pieces arrive – an Ultramarines pauldron, a Deathwatch breastplate and a Deathwatch left gauntlet. Season Pass 2 owners receive two cosmetic DLC packs: the Salamanders Champion Pack 2 (Heavy champion skin and Multi‑Melta skin) and the Raptors Cosmetic Pack (five unique armor pieces). The update is available at no cost on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and the third‑year content roadmap is set to begin in September.
