Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi to expand with Harry Potter land

Construction is underway for a new Harry Potter-themed land at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi on Yas Island. This project, announced by Miral and Warner Bros. Discovery in November 2022, will serve as the first Harry Potter-themed attraction in the Middle East.

Details emerging from construction documents and official updates suggest the expansion may feature both Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley in a single location. The land is expected to include several rides, attractions, and retail spaces designed to immerse visitors in the Wizarding World.

While an official opening date has not been confirmed, some reports predict a possible opening around 2029. The new area will join the park’s existing immersive lands, such as Gotham City and Metropolis.
