Warsaw's Bema Street revamp and Kamieńc Wrocławski community center upgrade underway

In Warsaw, road works on Bema Street between Kasprzaka and Ludwiki begin at 22:00 on 5 July, lasting until 21:00 on 8 July. The section will be closed to traffic, with a detour routed via Kasprzaka, Prymasa Tysiąclecia, and Wolska streets. Parking is prohibited on the work site and nearby intersection. The project replaces the pavement, improves safety, and aims to reduce vehicle wear.

In Kamieńc Wrocławski, a modernization of the local community centre has entered its next phase after receiving funding from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship programme. Works include foundation drainage, a 15 cm styrodur thermal insulation layer on exterior walls, new paving, replacement of windows, doors and grilles, and a full interior floor renewal with waterproof insulation. The upgrades target better energy efficiency, safety and comfort for residents.

Both projects are part of broader local‑government efforts to improve infrastructure and public amenities in Polish towns.
