Water supply disruptions hit residents in Macedonia and Serbia
In the village of Vodno, Macedonia, the public water utility JP "Water and Sewerage" halted water service on Partenij Zografski street (no. 51) from 09:30 a.m. while a 200 mm pipeline was installed. Service will resume once the work is completed.
In Belgrade, Serbia, the municipal water company announced that on 14 July water will be unavailable in parts of the Zvezdara municipality from 08:00 to 20:00 due to the activation of a new pipe, affecting streets such as Radeta Markovića and Steva Žigona. The following day, 15 July, similar outages are planned in the Savski Venac, Vračar and Grocka municipalities, with specific streets listed and service suspended for several hours. Residents were urged to store drinking water, and auto‑tankers will be deployed to supply essential needs.
