Ponte da Barca promotes wine and traditions in Portugal

Ponte da Barca participated in the election of the Ambassador of Viticultural Territories held in Vidigueira, Alentejo. Organized by the Association of Portuguese Wine Municipalities (AMPV), the event served as a platform to showcase the identity of the Alto Minho region.

Beatriz Silva represented the municipality, presenting various aspects of local tradition through different ceremonial and folk costumes, including the São Miguel attire. The promotion included a gastronomic showcase featuring the municipality’s wines, sweets, and savory products to visitors from across Portugal.
