Weather forecasts predict drought in Bosnia and potential Super El Niño impact

On a broader scale, long-term forecasts suggest a potential Super El Niño could impact the 2026/2027 winter, potentially leading to a weaker snow season in much of Europe, particularly in lowlands and southern regions, though mountain areas like the Alps may see better conditions. Additionally, meteorologists are monitoring the possibility of a medicane developing in the Mediterranean and supercell storms in Germany.
