Federal prosecutors allege Delegate Elliott Pritt, a Fayette County high‑school teacher, enticed a 15‑year‑old girl through the online game Roblox and later Snapchat, solicited increasingly explicit images, and engaged in sexual activity with her in his classroom. The criminal complaint covers communications from 2024 through early 2026, describing multiple encounters and the alleged victim’s reports to police.

In response, West Virginia Speaker of the House Roger Hanshaw sent a letter to Governor Patrick Morrisey asking for an extraordinary session to consider expelling Pritt.
