WGCA Announces 2025-26 All-American Scholar Team for Women's Golf

The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) released its 2025-26 All-American Scholar Team, honoring student‑athletes who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, remained amateurs, stayed on their rosters through the season’s end, and competed in at least half of their teams’ scheduled rounds.

UT Arlington Mavericks were represented by three golfers: senior Nitisha Manikandesh, who earned her third consecutive WGCA All‑American Scholar honor; junior Tarini Bhoga, a two‑year honoree; and redshirt senior Chandler Browning, a first‑time scholar and the final WAC Stan Bates Award female recipient.

Indiana State Sycamores had six selections: seniors Eliza Baker and Yang Tai (both four‑year honorees), junior Sophia Florek (third consecutive selection), and sophomores Gabby Cone, Nicole Feistl and Alana Gilbert (first‑time honorees). The Sycamores’ team posted a 3.815 GPA for the academic year.
