Wiesbaden Exhibitionist Arrested After Child‑Safe Playground Incident

On Friday, 17 July, a family picnicking with young children at a popular playground in the Walkmühltalanlagen area of northern Wiesbaden was confronted by a 41‑year‑old man who exposed himself and began masturbating in view of the children. The parents quickly escorted their children to safety, called the police, and provided a precise description. Police units arrived promptly, located the suspect on the playground and placed him under arrest.
