Wiesbaden to host lecture on Restless Legs Syndrome and insomnia

A lecture regarding Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) and comorbid insomnia is scheduled for August 29, 2026, at 18:00 in the library of the DKD Helios Klinik Wiesbaden in Germany.

The event is organized by the Wiesbaden self-help group of the Deutsche Restless Legs Vereinigung e. V. and is free of charge with no registration required. Featured speakers include neurologist Dr. med. Laura Bechtholf and Markus Specht, head of the Center for Interdisciplinary Sleep Medicine at DKD Helios Klinik Wiesbaden.

The presentation aims to provide information on RLS, a neurological condition characterized by uncomfortable sensations and an urge to move the limbs, which often leads to sleep onset and maintenance disorders.
