As the league prepares for the 2026/27 campaign, the final promotion playoffs will decide which club makes its first appearance in the top division.

The decisive tie, scheduled for Sunday evening in Kraków, pits Wieczysta Kraków against Chrobry Głogów. Both sides view promotion as a historic milestone, and the winner will become the league’s absolute debutant next season. Wieczysta, a recent youth‑club sensation, has attracted modest crowds—about 2,786 fans per match in the second tier—but plans to host its playoff games at the Wisła Kraków stadium and may offer symbolic 1‑zł tickets, a move that drew over 7,000 spectators in a previous match. Chrobry Głogów, meanwhile, reached the playoff final after a dramatic semi‑final decided by a penalty shoot‑out.
