Wild boars roam streets of University neighbourhood in Sakarya, Turkey

Two wild boars left their natural habitat and entered the University Mahallesi district of Sakarya, Turkey, where they wandered the streets in search of food. A resident captured the animals on a phone camera and chased them away. After a short period of roaming, the boars fled the area.

The incident highlights the occasional intrusion of wildlife into residential zones and the community’s immediate response to protect the neighbourhood.
