Wilder Morais presents Goiás campaign proposals for tourism and local commerce

Wilder Morais, the Liberal Party (PL) candidate for the Governor of Goiás, has been conducting campaign activities focused on local economy and infrastructure. During a visit to a street market in the Buena Vista I neighborhood, Morais and his vice-gubernatorial candidate, Ana Paula Rezende, pledged support for small producers and local vendors.

Residents at the market expressed needs for improved sanitation, such as bathrooms, as well as the construction of a state school and increased policing. Rezende noted that her father, former governor Iris Rezende, had previously worked on infrastructure and land regularization in the area.

In a separate meeting with the Commercial, Industrial, and Services Association of Goiás (ACIEG), Morais presented proposals to boost the state's tourism sector. He emphasized the potential of religious tourism, music, and nature, specifically mentioning the need for better roads, airport improvements, and international flights to support destinations like Caldas Novas.
