Multiple wildfires are affecting North Macedonia and Bulgaria. In North Macedonia, a major fire near the village of Mileteino in the Brvenica Municipality threatened residential areas. In Bulgaria, a fire near the Gorno Sahrane railway station disrupted train traffic on the Sofia–Burgas line. The blaze damaged station infrastructure and several vehicles. Other fires were reported in Sofia, Gabrovo, and Stara Zagora, with local authorities issuing advisories for residents in smoke-affected areas.
