Wilh. Wilhelmsen and Schouw & Co. launch share buy-back programmes
Norwegian shipping group Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA approved a tender offer to repurchase up to 10% of its outstanding shares, amounting to a maximum of 847,000 A‑ and B‑shares. The reverse book‑building process runs from 11 May to 13 May 2026, with DNB Carnegie acting as sole bookrunner. The programme aims to cancel the acquired shares or use them for the employee share plan and will not affect the company's dividend guidance.
Denmark's Schouw & Co. announced a share buy‑back programme for 2026, authorising purchases worth up to DKK 240 million. The programme runs from 2 January to 31 December 2026 under the terms set out in the company's 18 December 2025 announcement.
