Windpark Forsthövel's First Turbine Begins Feeding Power to Ascheberg

On 17 July 2026 the first of three modern wind turbines at the Forsthövel windpark in Herbern started delivering electricity to the municipality of Ascheberg. The installation marks a visible step forward for the local renewable‑energy supply and the windpark’s planned contribution to the region’s power needs.
