Winex Investments buys €31.5 million of AKTOR shares

Winex Investments Ltd, a legal entity linked to AKTOR Group chairman and CEO Alexander Exarchou, purchased 2,800,000 common shares of AKTOR on 24 July 2026. The shares were bought at €11.25 each, amounting to a total transaction value of €31.5 million.
