Winnie the Pooh 100th Anniversary Merchandise Launch in Japan

To mark the 100th anniversary of A. A. Milne’s original Winnie‑the‑Pooh stories, Japanese retailer Green Parks will release an eight‑item apparel and accessories collection on 31 July. The line includes a sheer check shirt, a printed T‑shirt, a knitted pullover, a mini‑pouch, an eco‑bag and a bag charm, with prices ranging from ¥2,990 to ¥4,990. The items will be available at Green Parks stores, the STRIPE CLUB shop, ZOZOTOWN and at the Disney THE MARKET 2026 exhibition in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi from 5 August.

Kodansha is also issuing a special‑edition hardcover book, "Winnie the Pooh Today from the Start – 100 Things to Enrich Your Everyday," scheduled for 30 July 2026. The 96‑page, all‑color volume (¥1,760) includes a commemorative full‑wrap cover, water‑colour illustrations and advice for daily living, and will be sold through Japanese bookstores and online retailers.
