Nevada Pierre: 3-year-old soccer talent gains Roc Nation support

Three-year-old Nevada Pierre has become a viral sensation following a controversial youth soccer match in Winter Park, Florida. The incident, which occurred on October 24, involved a dispute between the child's parents and i9 Sports league officials. The boy's parents, Martasia Griffin and Don Pierre, claim Nevada was repeatedly sidelined and eventually asked to leave the venue because his exceptional skills—including scoring 10 goals in 12 minutes—were deemed unfair to other children.

League officials provided a different account, alleging that the dispute was triggered by the parents' behavior and claims that the youngster had been pushing other children. The Winter Park Police Department responded to the scene but classified the incident as a civil matter, noting that no arrests were made and no one was forced to leave the park.

In the wake of the controversy, Roc Nation Sports, the agency associated with Jay-Z, has reportedly expressed support for the toddler. Reports indicate the organization may fund a trip to Spain in December to provide Nevada with high-level athletic immersion. Additionally, former U.S. international Eddie Johnson has offered to assist with the boy's development through his soccer academy in Orlando.
